More Music Camp

Thanks to Cindy and Mom I have some great pictures of the kids from music camp (thanks guys!). What a fun, crazy, hair-filled week!!! The only thing that could make this week better would be to have Luke, Emma, and Gavin come. Maybe some summer the timing will work out so that could happen. :)

Seussical: The Musical, Part II

Kate, Regan, and Morgan were the CUTEST little Gertrude McFuzz's that there ever were!!!

Seussical: The Musical, Part I

Seriously, how cute is this?

"Seize the Day"

"I Got The Sun In the Morning"

Last week was "Rise Up and Sing" music camp. Cindy came for the week and Mom came with Chloe and Lily. We had a wild and crazy time and the kids had a blast learning and performing all week long. I'll continue to post videos as I get them uploaded. I wish I had gotten more and better recordings of everyone, however, enjoy what I did get. :)

Aladdin @ The Mystique

The Mystique Theatre in Pocatello is running another fantastic show through the end of August, Disney's Aladdin!! What a fun, technical and entertaining show. The production value is sky high with a very adorable boy from the Burley/Rupert area playing the title role. If you have a chance to get to Pocatello I can highly recommend this show!

After dinner and the show the kids got to take a magic carpet ride with their choice of either Aladdin or Jasmine. Todd chose Aladdin and Kate chose Jasmine. I couldn't help but chuckle at that! :) I would imagine that those choices will be reversed in a few years' time. Frighteningly, Jack-Jack chose Jasmine and promptly climbed on her lap for the ride. What a ladies' man. Moms, lock up your daughters. Yikes!

Family Bike Rides

Our Stake President, who is an avid runner, has challenged the stake to prepare for a 5k/10k run/walk challenge on August 8th. Brad has been training and was able to run 6 miles last Saturday without stopping!!! Wow, I'm impressed with all you runners in the family. It's crazy how hard it is to run and just keep going!
As for the kids and I, we'll probably run a little and walk a lot, but it will still be fun. We've been riding our bikes together as a family as much as we can this summer to help us stay in shape. We even ride to the grocery store, bank, shoe store, etc. when possible. Jack ends of 'carrying' our groceries and other stuff back to the house. He's a good sport about being surrounded.
